1. Nel Armstrong, President of the Board, called meeting to order.

Consent Agenda
a) Approve Minutes
Motion made by Tommy Kincaid to approve minutes. Seconded by Beverly Branch.
Motion carried unanimously.
3. Citizen's Input
None
4. Consider and Possible Action on Bank Depository.
Discussion.
Tommy Kincaid made a motion to go with the City of Sanger's Depository, to
transfer funds to Sanger Bank, and to invest in Certificate of Deposits at 7-89 days
and to build up a $25,000.00 balance in the checking. Seconded by Beverly Branch.
Motion carried unanimously.
Board Members asked if the City Council could have a workshop concerning the bid
for the restoration of the Presbyterian Church.
