Approve Minutes: February 19, 2004
Motion made by Gordon Lurry to approve minutes as presented. Seconded by Carroll
McNeill. Motion carried unanimously.

4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Adoption of Fiscal Year Budget 2004-2005.
Motion made by Carroll McNeill to approve Fiscal Year Budget 2004-2005. Seconded
by Bill Fuller. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Consider and Possible Action to Appoint the Law Firm of Fletcher and Springer, L.L.P.

Motion made by Bill Fuller to appoint the Law Firm of Fletcher and Springer, L.L.P.
Attorney-Bill Kruegar m. Seconded by Gordon Lurry. Motion carried unanimously.
6. Consider and Possible Action on TXU Gas Line.
Motion was made by Gordon Lurry to allow for $10,246.61 of cover cost for gas lines
for Miguelito's and pay $500.00 to Robert Martinson for a gas easement. Seconded by
Carroll McNeill. Motion carried unanimously.
