1. Meeting called to order by President Richard Muir.
2. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Adoption of Fiscal Year 2005-2006 Budget.
The Board reviewed revenues and salary.
The main item of discussion was the salary for the Economic Development Director and
qualifications. Vickie expressed the concern of setting a pay for this position and
finding someone for that salary range.
Discussed was incentives to pay upon accomplishments in this position.
Discussed idea that a member of the 4A be involved in the hiring of this person.
The salary and job description discussed at length.
Item tabled for a possible joint meeting with 4B.
