COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT:
Mayor Thomas Muir, Mayor Pro Tem Gary Bilyeu; Councilmember David Clark; Councilmember
Marissa Barrett, Councilmember Allen Chick, Councilmember Marissa Barrett; Councilmember
Dennis Dillon.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT:
No councilmembers were absent
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT:
Interim City Manager Jeriana Staton, Interim City Attorney Hugh Coleman
1.Call Meeting to Order, Invocation. Pledge of Allegiance.
There being a quorum present, Mayor Muir called the Special Meeting to Order on Saturday
November 14, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. The Invocation was given by Councilmember Dennis Dillon. The
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Allen Chick.
2.CITIZEN INPUT:
There were no citizens who came forward wishing to speak.
3.EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Mayor Muir read Executive Session Item and convened into Executive Session at 8:02 a.m.
a.Executive Meeting Section 551.074 Personnel Matters; Closed Meeting to evaluate and
interview candidates for appointment to the position of City Manager.
4.RECONVENE: OPEN MEETING:
Mayor Muir and Council reconvened and Mayor Muir called the Special Meeting back into regular
session at 2:57 p.m. No Action was taken during Executive Session.
