1.Call Meeting to Order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance.
There being a quorum, Mayor Thomas Muir called the November 16, 2020, City Council meeting
to order at 7:07 p.m.. The invocation was given by Councilmember Dennis Dillon. The Pledge of
Allegiance was led by Councilmember Allen Chick.

There were no citizens who came forward wishing to speak.

Appoint Board Member to Vacant Position on (4A) Sanger Industrial Development Board:

A motion was made by Councilmember Chick to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. The
motion was seconded by Councilmember Barrett. The motion to approve passed unanimously
(30 vote).
4.Consider Any Items Removed from Consent Agenda.
There were no items removed from the agenda.
REGULAR AGENDA
5.Interlocal City of Sanger & Denton County Ambulance Services
Consider, Discuss and Act on Approval of the 20202021 Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for
Ambulance Services Between Denton County and the City of Sanger, Denton County, Texas and
Authorize the Fire Chief to Execute Agreement.
Chief David Pennington speaks to the board briefly about the interlocal agreements from Denton
County. The board has a discussion about the agreements.
Councilmember Allen Chick makes a motion to accept the Interlocal agreement and allow Chief
Pennington to sign the agreements. Councilmember Dennis Dillon seconds the motion. Motion
passes unanimously with a 30 Vote.
6.Interlocal City of Sanger & Denton County Fire Protection Services
Consider, Discuss and Act on Approval of the 20202021 Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for
Fire Protection Services Between Denton County and the City of Sanger, Denton County, Texas
and Authorize the Fire Chief to Execute Agreement.
Chief David Pennington speaks to the board briefly about the interlocal agreements from Denton
County. The board has a discussion about the agreements.
Councilmember Allen Chick makes a motion to accept the Interlocal agreement and allow Chief
Pennington to sign the agreements. Councilmember Dennis Dillon seconds the motion. Motion
passes unanimously with a 30 Vote.
7.INFORMATION ITEMS:
a.ATMOS Energy Rider GCR Rate Filing Docket No. 10170
Atmos Energy Corporation, MidTex Division's Statement of Rider GCR Applicable For The
November 2020 Billing Periods.
Mayor Muir summarizes to the board.
8.FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS:
There was no discussion regarding future agenda items.
9.ADJOURN.
There being no further agenda items for discussion, Mayor Muir adjourned the meeting at 7:39 p.m.
