COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT:
Mayor Thomas Muir, Mayor Pro Tem Gary Bilyeu; Councilmember David Clark; Councilmember
Marissa Barrett, Councilmember Allen Chick, Councilmember Dennis Dillon.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT:
Councilmember Marissa Barrett.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT:
Interim City Manager Jeriana Staton; City Attorney Hugh Coleman; Permit Technician Stefani
Dodson.
1.Call Meeting to Order
There being a quorum present, Mayor Muir called the Work Session to Order on Monday
November 2, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
2.EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Mayor Muir read Executive Session Item and convened into Executive Session t 3:01 p.m.
a.Texas Government Code Section 551.074 Personnel Related Matters: Evaluate, Discuss And
Consider Submitted Applications For The Position Of City Manager.
3.RECONVENE: OPEN MEETING
Reconvene Into Regular Session And Take Any Action Deemed Necessary As A Result Of
The Executive Closed Session.
Mayor Muir and Council reconvened and Mayor Muir called the City Council Work Session back
into regular session at 6:00 p.m. No Action was taken during Executive Session.
4.Overview of Items on the Regular Agenda
There was no discussion regarding items on the Regular Agenda.
5.Adjourn
There being no further agenda items for discussion, Mayor Muri adjourned the Work Session at
6:00 p.m.
