The applicant is presenting for discussion a proposed Public Improvement District (PID).The applicant originally made
a presentation to Council regarding this project on August 5, 2019. There have been several changes since the original
presentation. The proposed mixed use development would be approximately 428 acres and contain single family
residential and commercial sites.
