1, The minutes of the meetings of April TY, 19 5 and October 9,
1975 were read and approved,
3, Public Rearing The petition of Mr, John Coker and Mr. George
Adams that the zoning classification of a 1.,39 acre tract,
be changed from Local Business to Light Industrial., The pro-
perty is designated as Tract; no, 28f in the H. Ti.erwester
Survey and is located on the southwest corner of W. hust:i.n
Street and 1-35, George Adams made a presentation of a, proposed
veterinary clinic. Mr, John W, Wilson, Mr, Bob McClary, and
Mr. ,lack Armstrong were present to speak in favor of the peti-
tion, After several questions from the Commiss:inn, it was
moved by Anthony and seconded by Cook to recommend approval_
of the petition. Motion carried 4-0.
