1). Minutes were approved as written on a motion by Hollingsworth.

2). Armstrong made the motion for final approval to replat
Lot 2 Block 78 Original Town® Towne North Subdivision.
Sanger. Snellgrove second. Unan.
3). Sim°s Subdivision - Snellgrove made the motion that the
entire tract be replated as Lots 1 2 3 with Lot 3
including the feature street. Lovell second. Unan.
4). Snellgrove made the motion to give preliminary approval
with the required changes on the Westside Industrial Park
plat (Harry Down Property).
Change #1 - S. Berry Street should be changed to Keaton Rd.
Change #2 - Description and dedication of the street right-
of-way.
Change #3 m Extend utility easement west along the south line
of Lot g to Keaton Road.
Change #4 2-inch water lines need to be shown on plat.
5). Snellgrove made a motion to consider Lots 96, 97, and
95B Jimmy Kirby Property) H. Tierwester Survey to be
rezoned from Local Retail and Single Family Residential to
Local Business. Armstrong second. Unan.
