MINUTES OF ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANGER, DECEMBER 30,1969
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Sanger City Council met in
the Council Room of the City Hall, December 30, 1969 at 7:00 P.M. to
consider the petition of W.A. Chatfield, requesting that the zoning
classification of property described below be changed from "R-11, (Res-
idential) to "LB" (Local Business).
The said property is described asfollows:
Being Lot 2 including the additionals_: 44 feet of
same lot, and North 36 feet of Lot 3 in Block 77;
being bounded by Pilot Point Road on North, Loop
138 on West, Henry Norman and Mrs. S.W. Voss on
East, and Mrs. R. D. Windle on South; total being
240 feet facing 5th Street.
Present for the public hearing were Mr. W. R. Chatfield and Commis-
sion members Mrs. Nellan Cook, Mrs. Jack Hall, W.L. (Bill) Enlow and
J.C. Landers. Commission Chattman, Alvin Brown, was absent due to
illness..The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Bollowing the hearing, the Commission members unanimously voted to
recommend to the Sanger City Council that they accept the petition
of Mr. Chatfield.
The meeting was adjourned.
