12/05/1974-PZ-Minutes-RegularThe Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Sanger,
Texas met Thursday evening, Dec..5, 1974 at 7:30 p.m. to
consider a petition filed by Harold Easley, John Coker,
and Bobby Ready requesting the rezoning of property,
described below, from Single -Family Residential to Local
Retail District under provisions of Section 20 of the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanger, Texas:
Lots 1 through 18 of Block One, Lots
1,2, 23, and 24 of Block Two, and
Lots 1 and 2 of Block Three of the
Sanger South Subdivision.
Present for the public hearing were Harold Easley, John
Coker, and City Administrator Dave Marrs; also Commission
members Bruce Anthony, Daisy Cook, Alvin Brown (Chairman),
and Ella Hall.
Following discussion, Bruce Anthony made a motion that
the Commission recommend to the City Council the approval
of the petition filed by Harold Easley, John Coker, and
Bobby Ready. The motion was seconded by Daisy Cook and
passed unanimously.
Commission members set the next regular meeting for Thurs-
day, January 23, 1975.
With a motion by Daisy Cook, seconded by Bruce Anthony,
the meeting was adjourned.
