The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Sanger City Council met
in the Council Room of the City Hall, Tuesday evening, October 31, 1967
at 7 o'clock, with all members present with the exception of Mrs. Neilan
Cook, for a period of discussion and consideration.
A motion was made by J. C. Landers and seconded by Ella Hall that
a recommendation be made to the Sanger City Council that a more care-
ful inspection be made of the size of new buildings or the additions to
buildings, in relation to size of lot, and as prescribed by requirements
of the City Ordinance. The motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by J . C. Landers and seconded by B ill Enlow,
that a recommendation be made to the Sanger City Council that the
City Council petition the Sanger City Attorney to write an ordinance
to the effect that no house trailer or mobile home be placed within
the city limits of Sanger except in an area designated by the City of
Sanger for that purpose.
The meeting was adjourned.
