Vice -Chairman Billye Hollingsworth presided over the meeting
in the absence of Chairman Jack Armstrong.
1. The minutes of the regular and special called meetings
were approved as printed.
2. Motion was made by Georgia Royal to approve the Pre-
liminary Subdivision Plat for Bob Hopper with Daytona
Development Corporation on the North k of Block 6,
Hampton Addition. John Springer gave the second.
Voted unan.
3. John Springer made a motion to grant a variance for
John Anderson on Lot 20, B1k. A, Section III, of the
Bucklew-Freese Addition. Variance was for 7'6" side -
yards in lieu of 8' as required by City Ordinance.
Georgia Royal gave the second. Voted unan.
4. Motion was made by Willard Bounds to approve the
Preliminary Single lot subdivision plat for Jeff
McNeill (Replat of Lot 39, Blk. 24, Hampton). Georgia
Royal gave the second. Voted unan.
