Minutes: Planning and Zoning Commission
Present: Jack Armstrong, Cecil Snellgrove, Jerry Jenkins, Billye
Hollingsworth, Harold Easley, John Coker, Jim Frazier,
Jim Conley, and City Secretary Mary Jo Stover.
1. Harold Easley was sworn in by City Secretary.
2. Minutes were approved as printed.
3. Chairman Armstrong opened the public hearing. Jim Conley and
John Coker spoke in favor of petition Z-42. No opposition.
Jerry Jenkins made the motion to change Block 1 of the Sullivan
North Addition from LB (Local Business) to LI (Light Industry)
Cecil Snellgrove seconded. Voted unan.
