August 2, 1977
Present: Lovell, Snellgrove Jenkins, Armstrong, Hollingsworth,
Cundiff and Bounds.
Others Present: City Mgr., Harold Easley, Ralph Cole.
1. New members were sworn by Mayor Ralph Cole.
2. Minutes were approved as presented.
3. Motion was made by Armstrong to elect John Cundiff as
chairman. Seconded by Hollingsworth. Voted unanimous.
4. Motion was made by Snellgrove to elect Jack Armstrong
as vice-chairman. Seconded by Cundiff Voted unan.
5. Commissioners discussed letter from John L. Sullivan,
City Attorney, dated July 30, 1977 concerning the Sub-
division Ordinance.
6. Harold Easley presented his petition Z-36.
7. On a motion by Armstrong, second by Jenkins, it was voted
unanimous to approve petition Z-36.
8. P. & Z. meeting scheduled for August 9, 1977.
