The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Sanger, met in the Council Room of
the City Hall, Sanger, Texas at 7:30 p. m. Thursday, August 13, 1964, with all members
present, to consider the petition of B.R. McAfee requesting that the zoning classification
of property described below he changed from R-I (Residential) toLB (Local Business) and
L(Light Industrial). The said property is described as follows:
A ten (10) acre tract of Land out of Block No. 77 Tierwester Survey, bound by Vic Cole
on the North and County Road on the South and West, Interstate 35E on the East. A tract
of land 300 feet deep across East of this 10 acres be zoned LB (Local Business). A tract of
land 300 feet deep across the west of this 10-acres next to the County Road zoned LI (Light
Industry).
The committee adjourned for further study of the petition.
