The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Sanger met in the City Hall,
Sanger, Texas, Monday, August 17, 1964 at 7:30 p.m. with all members present
and John Lewis Sullivan, to consider the petition of B. R. McAfee requesting that
the zoning classification of property described below be changed from R-1 (Resi-
dential) to LB (Local Business) and LI (Light Industrial). The said property is described as follows:
A ten (10) acre tract of land out of Block No, 77 Tierwester Survey, bound by
Vic Cole on the North and County Road on the South and West, Interstate 35E on
the East. A tract of land 300 feet deep across East of this 10 acres be zoned LB
(Local Business). A tract of land 300 feet deep across the West of this 10 acres
next to the County Road zoned LI (Light Industry),
The Commission members voted by secret ballot to bring this petitidnn as a re-
commendation to the City Council .
The meeting was adjourned.
