1. Meeting called to order.
John Payne called the meeting to order at 6:01.
2. Approve Minutes: April 27, 2015.
Motion made by Beverly Branch to approve minutes as presented. Motion seconded by Beverly Howard. Motion
carried unanimously.
3. Conduct A Public Hearing to Consider and Discuss Design and Future Construction of a Hike and Bike Trail
Connection Between Sanger Sports Complex and the Park Land East of Interstate 35.
Public Hearing opened at 6:01pm.
Mrs. Alina Ciocan gave a brief statement. A proposal has been obtained per the request of the 4B Development
Corporation Board to prepare basic design services, cost estimates and draft construction documents. The
consultant charge will be $39,500.00 and the total cost of the proposed hike and bike trail will be less than
$300,000.00.
Public Hearing closed at 6:02pm with a motion from Jeff Springer and a second from Christy Crutsinger.
Motion passed unanimously.

4. Consider, Discuss, and Possibly Act on Expending Funds in the Amount of $39,500 for Design Services Related
to the Hike and Bike Trail Connection Project.
The total cost for design services related to the hike and bike trail of $39,500.00 includes the drainage maps and
engineer review (cost of about $15,000.00) that TXDot confirmed are required. The time estimate for these
services is approximately six (6) months. Funds for the project were confirmed to be in the budget by the end of
the year.
A motion was made to approve funding for design services related to the hike and bike trail project as descriped
by Alina Ciocan. A second was made by Beverly Branch. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Review Financials.
