The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Sanger, Texas met
Friday night, June 9, 1972 with the following members present:
Mmes. Neilan Cook and Jack Hall; Mr. Alvin Brown and Mr. J.C.
Landers. Others present for the meeting were Harold Easley,
John Coker, Martin Moore, and Gene Hughes.
Sanger South Addition, and the formerly -proposed addition to
the Hillcrest Addition.
After the prolonged discussion of the plats, the minutes of the
previous meetings were read by the secretary and were approved.
It was recommended that Chairman Alvin Brown arrange a meeting
of the Planning and Zoning Commission with the City Council to
discus plats before final recommendations on the preliminary
plat of Sanger South Addition and the formerly -proposed addi-
tion to the Hillcrest Addition be made to the City Council.
The meeting was adjourned.
