The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Sanger, Texas
met Tuesday night, June 12, 1973 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Room of the Sanger City Hall to consider the rezoning petition
of Mr. Sandy Doggett requesting that the zoning classification
17 of property described below be changed from R-1 (Single Family)
District to R-3 (Multi Family) District under the provisions
of Section 20 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanger,
Texas. The said property is located on 7th Street and is
more particularly described as follows:
Block 4, Lot 4 of the dimension 75 feet by 108 feet
Daisy Cook made the motion that the Commission recommend that
the City Council reject Mr. Doggett's petetion. The motion
was seconded by J.C. Landers and passed unanimously.
Ella Hall made a motion that meeting days be changed from
1st Thursday)*nstead of 1st Tuesday. J.C. Landers seconded
the motion and it passed unanimously.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The meeting was adjourned.
