The Planning, snd Zoning Commission of the City of Sanger
net Tuesday evening, June 15, 190 at 7:30 P.M. in the
Council Room of the City Hall for a public hearing re-
garding the formal petition filed by Yr. John G. Wilson
requesting that the zoning classification of -property
described below be changed from Residential District to
Local Business District (Commercial), under the provisions
of Section 20 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanger.
The said property is located on Interstate 35 and is more
particularly described as follows:
1.78 acres on the West service road of interstate
35, lying just south of the Dr. Clyde Chapman land,
further described as Block 79 of the City of Sanger
Present for the public hearing were Jimmie Sebastian; Mr. John
V. Wilson; and members of the Zoning Commission, Alvin Brown,
Mrs. Jack Hall, and J. C. Landers.
Following discussion, J. C. Landers made the motion that the
Commission approve the petition; Mrs. Hall seconded the motion
and it carried unanimously. MRS Hall was instructed to send
a, recommendation to that affect to the City Council.
The minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Landers made the :lotion that the meeting be adjourned;
seconded by Mrs. Hall.
