Commission of Sanger, Texas
The Sanger Planning Zoning Commission met Tuesday evening, July
24, 1971 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Room of the City Hall in
Sanger. Present were Commission members Mmes. Neilan Cook and
Jack Hall, Mr. Alvin Brown, J. C. Landers, and new member Tommy
Chapman, replacing resigned member Archie Spratt. Also present
was City Secretary Jim Sebastian.
Under discussion was the rezoning of properties of Jesse Coffey,
Cole Estate, Vic Cole, and Joe Wiggins. J. C. Landers made the
motion that the rezoning of the Wiggins property to Multiple
Family Dwelling, be tabled for further study. Mrs. Cock seconded
the motion.
After detailed study, Mrs. Jack Hall made the motion that the
Commission ask the City Council for a public hearing for the
proposed zoning changes listed below:

The motion was seconded by Tommy Chapman and carried unanimously.
The motion was made by J. C. Landers that the meeting be adjourned.
