04/15/1969-PZ-Minutes-RegularMinutes of Zoning and Planning Commission of City of Sanger Tuesday, April 15, 1969 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Sanger City Council met at a public hearing Tuesday evening, April 151 1969 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall to consider the petition of John W. Coker and Gene Hughes requesting that the coning classifi- cation of property described below be changed from Single - Family Dwelling District to Double -Family Dwelling District. The said property -is described as follows: Block Three (3) Lot One and Two (1 and 2) Hughes Addition, Town of Sanger, Texas, 200' x 150' bounded on West by 13th Street, on South by Hughes Street, on East by 12th Street and on North by Waide Herd and Mrs. Kate Tatum Estate. Mayor Fred Johnson called the meeting to order and read the aforementioned petition which was discussed by the Commission members Mrs. Neilan Cook: Mrs. Ella Hall, Alvin Brown, W.Z. Enlow and J.C. Landers; City Council members Norman Cook, Dick Ready, Mrs. T.W. McDaniel, Alton Johnson; City Secretary Ross Anderson; and petitioners Coker and Hughes. Following adjournment of the public hearing, the members of the Commission voted to recommend to the City Council to ac- ce t the request of the petition of Coker and Hughes.
