04/23/1964-PZ-Minutes-RegularMINUTES of the ZONING COMMISSION of the CITY OF SANGER, April 23, 1964 with all members present The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Sanger met/in the Council Room of the City Hall, Sanger, Texas, at 4 P.M., Thursday, April 23, 1964, to consider the petition of R.M.Cole, et al, requesting that the zoning classifica- tion of property described below be changed from R-1 (one -family resident) to LI (Light Industry). The said property is described as follows: The East 300' by 464' in Blk No. 77 being part of a fifteen acre tract of land West of Interstate 35E in the H. Tierwester Survey. Mrs. Chambers made the nation to reject the petition. Ella Hall seconded the motion. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to reject the petition and to submit this rejection as a recommendation to the Sanger City Council. The meeting was adjourned.
