The minutes of the September 25, 1984 meeting were approved as
printed.
Harold Easley requested a resubdivision-of Lots 11, 12, and 13,
of Block 1, Sanger South Subdivision to Lot .11A, Block 1, Sanger
South. .Easley stated he was taking three lots and making one.
Easley stated he planned .to construct cluster type apartments,
;possibly in the.future,and the City Manager.had advised him.that
he could -not build over the lot.lines.;.therefore.,he was -requesting
Planning and Zoning to allow for the resubdivision and take the
lot lines.out.. He.further stated that the property.was already
properly zoned :and that he planned. -.to have the entrance off the
Loop in order to keep the traffic off -of Southland.Drive.
Motion was made by.John Anderson.to.approved.,the resubdivision
as requested. .Tommy r.Kincaid gave the second.. .Voted.unan.
Other such.matters:
(a) A workshop was discussed but no date was.set.
