To the Sanger City Council:
Regarding the petition of W. R. Chatfield requesting
that the zoning classification of property described
below be changed from "R-1" (Residential) to 11LB11 (Local
Business).
The said property is described as follows:
Being Lot 2 including the additionals: 44
feet of same lot, and North 36 feet of Lot
3 in Block 77; being bounded by Pilot Point
Road on North, Loop 138 on West, Henry Nor-
man and Mrs. S. W. Voss on East, and Mrs. R.
D. Windle on South; total being 240 feet
facing 5th Street.
We, the members of the Zoning and Planning Commission
of Sanger, Texas, do hereby unanimously approve said
petition and do recommend that the City Council accept
Mr. Chatfield's petition.
