CALL THE WORK SESSION TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH A QUORUM
Mayor Muir called the work session to order at 2:04 p.m.

City Manager John Noblitt, Assistant City Manager Alina Ciocan, and Director of Development
Services Ramie Hammonds.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Tour of the Elan Denton, a multifamily development complex located at 5101 Northstar
Road in Denton, Texas.
City Council members and Staff toured the Elan development.
Discussion ensued regarding the aesthetics and economics of the development.
Councilmember Chick left the .work session at 2:25 p.m.
