Present: Armstrong, Snellgrove. Bounds, Jenkins, Hollingsworth.
Absent : Lovell
Others Present: Harry W. Downs Jr., Carl B. Sadau, A. E. Sadau. Jimmy
Kirby, Tracy Thompson, and Bruce Anthony.
1. Motion made by Jenkins that Jack Armstrong be elected chairman.
Seconded by Hollingsworth. Motion made by Bounds to elect Hollings-
worth vice-chairman. Seconded by Jenkins. Unanimous vote.
2. Minutes of the previous meeting approved as written.
3. Planning and Zoning Case Z-40 Public Hearing was opened. No
opposition came forward. City Manager recommended that Tract 95B
96 & 97 out of Tierwester survey owned by Jimmy Kirby be rezoned
LB (Lnr.al Business) from R-I (Single Family) residential and LR
(Local Retail). Snellgrove made the motion to recommend approval.
Seconded by Bounds. Unanimous vote.
4. West Side Industrial Park Final Plat was presented with changes as
requested previously. City Manager recommended approval. Motion
by Snellgrove and seconded by Jenkins. Unanimous vote.
5. Variance request from B. Anthony for a 22' set back for house on
Lot 2A Town North Subdivision. Motion to recommend approval was
made by Jenkins and seconded by Bounds. Unanimous vote.
6. Motion to adjourn was made by Jenkins and seconded by Hollingsworth.
Unanimous vote.
