Present: Mayor Armstrong, Mary Jo Stover, B. McMurray, Don Waddell and
Marlene Gray.
1. The meeting was called to order. Minutes of the July 9, 1985
meeting were approved as printed.
2. Commissioners discuss requirements for submitting a plat with
Marlene Gray, architect for the Sanger Development Joint Ven-
ture.
Drainage, easements, and all requirements were discussed. Ms.
Gray to prepare a preliminary subdivision plat with all the
necessary requirements and resubmit to Planning and Zoning.
3. With no other matters to come before the commissioners, Bill
Enlow made the motion the meeting adjourn. Eileen Brittian
gave the second. Voted unanimous.
