Present: Lloyd Henderson, Mary Jo Stover, Royce Jones
1. No action taken on any item. Membership was not a quorum.
2. Mr. Royce Jones discussed with the two board members his
request. He is planning to subdivide one or two lots off of a
tract of land located on South 3rd Street. None of the lots
adjacent or in the near area has curb and guttering. When he
subdivides he will come under the Subdivision Ordinance that
could require the area to be curbed and gutter. Mr. Jones did
not wish to go through the expense of platting the lots if the
curb and gutter portion was required. The members present felt
this would not be required although they could not speak for the
other P & Z members or for council.
3. Lloyd ask Jim and Willard to be thinking of names for recom-
mendations to serve on the board. John Anderson and Marland
Knight were mentioned.
