1. Chairperson Billye Hollingsworth called the meeting to order
2. The minutes of the August 13, 1985 meeting were approved as
printed.
3. Mr. Hauptmann with Fields, Edwards and Associates, Inc. discussed
the preliminary subdivision plat of the Sanger Exchange West with
Planning and Zoning. Planning and Zoning requested that the zoning
notation be corrected to show R-1 Single Family and on the adja-
cent property to Local Business. Duplex drawing was shown on the
the plat submitted and Hauptmann was requested to remove the
proposed duplexes and show only the land that had been subdivided.
City Limits line was incorrect and planning and zoning ask that it
be correctly denoted.
Motion was made by Tommy Kincaid to approved the preliminary plat
contingent upon the plat corrections requested by P. & Z. Eileen
Brittian gave the second. Voted unan.
4. With no other matters to come before Commissioners, Bill Enlow
made a motion to adjourn. Joe Waide gave the second. Voted unan.
