Present: Bounds, Jenkins, Hollingsworth, Snellgrove,and
Armstrong, and Frazier
Absent: Lovell
Others Present: Benny Johnson, C. A. Davis, January Consultants,
Jerry Barnes, Bennie Parrent, Joyce Parrent, LaRue Elrod,
Gene Crockett
1. Minutes were read and approved as printed.
2. A motion was made by Jenkins to grant a zoning change in
accordance with Pet. Z-41 to Local Business and was seconded
by Bounds. Voting was unan.
3. The Indian Springs Subdivision was presented by Benny
Parrent and the City Manager presented the objections
to the late presentation of the plat. A motion was
made by Frazier to grant final plat approval subject
to the county specifications for roads to be included
and provision for utility easements shown and subject
to the City Engineer being consulted concerning the
plat. The motion was seconded by Hollingsworth and
voting unan.
