1. The minutes of the March 10, 1981 meeting were approved as
printed.
2. Motion was made by Jim Frazier to approve the Final Re -Plat
for Harold Easley's Subdivision, Block 74, Original Town. John
Springer gave the second. Voted unan.
Easley then requested P & Z to approve a variance on Lots 1, 5, 6,
and 10 to 15 feet in lieu of 25' as required by the subdivision
ordinance. Motion was made by Bounds to approve the 15' variance.
Enlow gave the second. Voted unan.
3. Motion was made by Jim Frazier to approve the Final Plat for
the J. W. Bucklew Subdivision out of the H. Tierwester Survey.
Willard Bounds gave the second. Voted unan.
4. Mr. Bill McCo was not on hand to answer questions regarding
his variance req est for remodeling a garage into an apartment
on Lot 1, Block 4, Hughes Addition. Lloyd to talk with McCoy.
Item to be placed on agenda at later date.
5. John Springer and Dr. F. P. Moynagh presented the Preliminary
Subdivision Plat for John Porter's property known as Tract 106A
and 106B, H. Tierwester. Questions arose regarding Tract 106A
being included on the new plat. Sewer easements were not shown.
Discussion. Motion was made by Willard Bounds to approve the
Preliminary Plat for Dr. F. P. Moynagh, Tract 106B H. Tierwester,
with the condition that the sewer easement will be added and the
question regarding plat showing Tract 106A in with Tract 106B
be resolved. Georgia Royal gave the second. Voted unan.
Meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
