PRESENT: Chairman Jack Armstrong, Billye Hollingsworth,
Jim Frazier, Willard Bounds, Georgia Royal, and
Tommy Kincaid.
ABSENT: Bill Enlow
OTHERS PRESENT: Lloyd Henderson, Bennie Parrent, Mrs. William
B. Dunn, Joyce Elrod Parrent, Jeff McNeill,
C. G. McNeill, Ken Hoops, and Tenia Hoops.
1. The minutes of the March 8, 1983 meeting were approved
as printed.
2. Zoning Petition 'Z-60. Chairman Armstrong opened the
public hearing. City Manager, Lloyd Henderson, explained
the location of the property and the planned use of the
site. The proposed use to be a Mobile Home Park.
Bennie Parrent stated the deed restrictions of the land
disallowed move -ins. Joyce Parrent stated that Gene Hughes
was the real estate agent who had sold them their property.
Tenia Hoops presented a copy of her deed restrictions.
Discussion.
Georgia Royal made the motion to deny zoning Petition Z-60.
Willard Bounds gave the second. It was voted unan.
3. Motion was made by Jimmy Frazier to approve the Preliminary
Plat for Donald Tuttle on Lot 2B, Block B, White Addition.
Tommy Kincaid gave the second. Voted unan.
