PRESENT: Armstrong, Bounds, Hollingsworth, Snellgrove, Frazier,
Easley, Perdue, and Fields.
SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat on Gateway Add. - Jesse Coffey
1. The minutes were read and approved.
2. The sub -division plat of Gateway Addition was presented and
the staff recommended approval.
There was considerable discussion concerning insuring that
Freese Drive be completed as a whole street through to Loop 138.
A motion was made to accept the preliminary plat of Gateway Addition
subject to Freese Drive being a full street on the final plat by
Easley and a second by Hollingsworth. Passed unan.
A motion was made to adjourn.
