1. Chairperson Billye Hollingsworth called the meeting to
order.
2. The minutes of the January 14th meeting were approved as
printed.
3. Motion was made by Bill Enlow to approve the preliminary
subdivision plat of Lots 2A and 2B, Block 56, Original Town
for Frank Millar. Eileen Brittain gave the second. Voted
unan.
4. Tommy Kincaid made the motion that the annual fish dinner
be held on February 7th, at McGehees Restaurant in Marietta,
Oklahoma. Group to meet at city hall by 6:30 p.m. Fred
Yeatts gave the second. Voted unan.
With no other business to come before the commissioners,
Tommy Kincaid made the motion to adjourn. Fred Yeatts gave
the second. Voted unan.
