1. The minutes of the February 10, 1981 meeting were approved as printed.
2. Preliminary Plat - J. W. Bucklew - After deliberation of the plat
motion was made by John Springer to approve the preliminary plat with the
additionof a 71z foot easement along the south and east property lines.
Willard Bounds gave the second. Voted unan.
3. Preliminary Plat - Harold Easley - Questions were voiced regarding
the sewer problems in this area. Lloyd stated that he would be going to
Council on the 16th with a capital sewer project to replace the line from
F14455 to Peach Street. The City Engineer has done a survey of the
property and the line. Approximately 740 feet of the line sags and
sewer water is at the top of the pipe. Lloyd stated the Skelly Line was
an 8 inch line and it feeds into a 6 inch line. He will be requesting
the city council to approve an 8 or 10 inch to do the upgrade. Easley
plans to use a 6" to carry the houses to the main line. Commissioners
examined the plat and requested that the set back lines be shown. Also
asked about the name of the subdivision. No name given since it is a
replat of an existing plat. Motion was made by Billye Hollingsworth to
approve the plat with the addition of: the set back lines shown. Georgia
.Royal gave the second. Voted unan.
4. With no other matters to come before the commissioners the meeting
adjourned.
