Present: Lloyd Henderson and Rex Parsons
1, New Commissioner, Tommy Kincaid, was sworn in by Chairman
Jack Armstrong. Commissioner Kincaid will be completing
the unfilled term of John Springer.
2. The minutes of the November 23, 1982 meeting were approved
as printed.
3. Motion was made. by Billye Hollingsworth to approve the
Single Lot Subdivision (Preliminary Plat) Block 1, Lots
1 & 2, Parsons Addition for Wade and Billie Parsons.
Willard Bounds gave the second. It was voted unanimous.
