AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANGER, DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS,
AMENDING APPENDIX A "FEE SCHEDULE" OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, ARTICLE 4.000 "UTILITY RELATED FEES" BY AMENDING
SECTION 4.202 "COLLECTION FEES" AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL
OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS:
Section 1: That Appendix A "Fee Schedule" of the Code of Ordinances, Article 4.000
"Utility Related Fees" is hereby amended by amending Section 4.202 "Collection Fees" to read
as follows:
ARTICLE 4.000 UTILITY RELATED FEES
Division 4.200 Solid Waste
Sec. 4.202 Collection Fees
(b) Commercial Customers. Two pickups per week, per 96-gal. container: Actual cost plus $2.00
administrative fee.
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
Section 3: Should any word, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase or section of this
ordinance or of the Code of Ordinances, as amended hereby, be adjudged or held to be void or
unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of said ordinance
or the Code of Ordinances, as amended hereby, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect and shall be in full force and effect from after its passage
and publication of the caption as required by law and Charter in such cases provide.
