a) Approve Minutes
Motion made by Tommy Kincaid to approve minutes. Seconded by Beverly Branch.
Motion carried unanimously.
3. Cit~zen's Input
None
4~ Consider and Possible Action on Bank Depository.
Discussion.
Tommy Kincaid made a motion to go with the City of Sanger's Depository, to
transfer funds to Sanger Bank, and to invest in Certificate of Deposits at 7-89 days
and to build up a $25,000.00 balance in the checking. Seconded by Beverly Branch.
Motion carried unanimously.
Board Members asked if the City Council could .have a workshop concerning the bid
for the restoration of the Presbyterian Church.
