1. Nel Armstrong called Meeting to Order.

3. Consider and Possible Action for the Downtown Park Project.
Bill McCain represent,a!ive from Hadco Architectural & Historical Lightning
addressed tbe board with a presentation for lightning at the downtown park.
Mr. McCain presentation included the following items:

The wiring inside the old lights can't be repaired.
New lights will be more effici~nt and maintenance friendly
Specifications on lights, style and height
Cost of the lights,.at the park and for downtown
Floods lights instead of lights poles to light the flags at the park
Warranties -3 years on light fixtures and 10 years on the pole

Mr: McCain indicated the downtown park lights would cost around $38,000 and the
perimeter around the park would run about $25,000. The lights down main street
would cost around $24,000.
It was the board'screcommendation to advertise for bid.
1 4. Consider and Possible Action on Members Attending the TML Retail Development
Summit Meeting.
This item was discussed and only one member was attending. The City is funding the
travel for Glenn Ervin to attend as a representative of the city.
5. Discussion on Any Future Projects.·

Discussed a surveillance camera being installed at Railroad Park due to the thefts that
are occurring.
