MINUTES: Planning and Zoning May 23, 1996 PRESENT: Russell Madden, Mary Bell Sims, Glen Shaw, Peggy Haskins, Mike James ABSENT: Charles Fenoglio, Betty Jenkins OTHERS PRESENT: City Administrator Larry Keesler, City Secretary Rosalie Chavez, Chris Anderson, Kim Murphy, Brenda James 1. Chairperson Madden Called the Meeting to Order. 2. Approve Minutes. Motion was made by Glenn Shaw to Approve Minutes of April 25, 1996. Seconded by Mary Bell Sims. Motion Carried 11nanimously. 3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Preliminary Plat for Lakecrest Meadows located on FM 455. Chairperson Madden declared Public Hearing opened. No one spoke for or against. Chairperson Madden declared Public Hearing closed. 4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Preliminary Plat for Lakecrest Meadows located on FM 455. Discussed was the City's subdivision requirement concerning property platted within our ETJ. Discussion continued between Board Members and Kim Murphy regarding this issue. Motion was made by Glen Shaw to Approve the Preliminary Plat for Lakecrest Meadows subdivision subject to all county stipulations road conditions. Seconded by Mary Bell Sims. S. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Final Plat for Waco Addition, Lots 1-7 Being 6.26 Acres in the H. Tierwester Survey, Abstract 1241. P&Z MINUTES MAY 23, 1996 PAGE2 Items S and 6: The Final Plat bad not been prepared, therefore, this item was postponed until the City receives the Final Plat. 6. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Final Plat for Waco Addition, Lots 1-7 Being 6.26 Acres in the H. Tierwester Survey, Abstract 1241.
