1. Chairperson Shaw Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Charles Fenoglio to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Mike James.
Motion Carried 1manimously.
3. Conduct Public Bearing to Consider a Zoning Request on property legally described
as Lot 1, Block 1, Acker Street Addition, from Agricultural to Business (B-2).
Chairperson Shaw declared Public Bearing Opened.
John Syler and Billy Caraway introduced themselves to the Board.
Mr. Syler proceeded to address the issue and explain the size of building they intend
to construct in that location and. the benefits it could bring in tax dollars to the City.
Discussed.
Chairperson Shaw declared Public Bearing Closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Zoning Request on property legally
described as Lot 1, Block 1, Acker Street Addition, from Agricultural to Business (B-2).
Construction of water/sewer line was discussed.
Motion was made by Mike James to grant zoning request on Lot 1, Block 1, Acker
Street Addition from Agricultural to Business (B-2). Seconded by Charles Fenoglio.
Motion Carried ,maniroously.
5. Any Other Such Matters.
None.
