1. Chairperson Fenoglio called meeting to order.
2. Approve Minutes -April 15, 1999
Polly Dwyer indicated Rick Carter was absent at the last meeting.
Polly Dwyer moved to approve minutes.
Mary Belle Simms seconded.
Motion Carried Unanimously.
3. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Final Plat on Property Legally Described as
Tangle T Addition, Lots 1 & 2, Block A, Being 0.44 Acres in the Rueben Bebee
Survey Abstract 29. Property is located on the Comer of Cherry and Seventh Streets.
Brief Discussion regarding utility lines.
City Secretary indicated all items on the City Engineer's letter had been addressed, and
indicated also there is an existing house on lot #1.
Discussion regarding set backs.
Joe Falls moved to approve the Final Plat.
Shelley Ruland seconded.
Motion Carried unanimously.
4. Any Other Such Matters.

I am not positive of KM Properties intent for this lot. Dan Kress will be at the meeting to
address this Item, and answer any questions for the board. Dan is out of town one of his Co-
workers indicated he possibly would like to build a four unit town house on this lot.

The City of Sanger's City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 7, 1999,
at 7:00 P.M. to consider a zoning change request from KM Properties for property legally
described as Abstract 1241, tract 181 & 182 of the Tierwester survey. This property is
located at 1001 Church.
Attached is a zoning form for you to sign stating whether or not you approve of this
request. If for some reason you do not approve, or have any questions regarding this
request please plan to attend the public hearings.
