PRESENT: Jack Richardson, Ken Perry, Polly Dwyer, Shelley Ruland, Gail Goodner,
Ralph Cain
ABSENT: Ginger Burt
1. Jack Richardson Called Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes: August 29, 2002
Polly Dwyer moved to approve the minutes as presented. Shelley Ruland seconded.
Motion carried unanimously.
3. Consider and Possible Action on the Final Plat for Tiffany's Addition, Being 5
Residential Lots Located at 600 Denton St.
Jack Richardson indicated the City Engineer had recommended approval of the final
Plat
Polly Dwyer indicated she would like to be careful about setting a precedent on the lot
width. These lots are a few feet short of the requirement.
Shelley Ruland moved to accept the Final Plat for Tiffany's Addition as presented.
Jack Richardson seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Council Chambers on Monday, October 21, 2002 at 7:00 P.M. to Consider a Zoning

as Original Town, Block 41, Lot 4,5 and 6. Property is Located on the Corner of -First
and Locust Streets.
