Per your request I have reviewed a Preliminary Plat and a Final Plat for GNB Addition as
submitted by Isbell Engineering Group, Inc. Comments are referenced by the Subdivision
Ordinance of the City of Sanger, Texas as adopted September 21, 1987, Zoning Ordinance
adopted August 3,1987, and Ordinance No. 05-06-01. My review comments are as follows:
The Preliminary Plat and Final Plat meets the requirements as defined in the City of
Sanger's Code of Ordinances.
