Comments are referenced by the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Sanger, Texas as adopted September 21, 1987, Zoning Ordinance adopted August 3, 1987, and Ordinance No. 05-06-01. My review comments are as follows: The Final Plat and Construction Plans comply with the City of Sanger Subdivision Ordinance and Regulations, and Generally meet standard engineering practices. Plate No. 10 • For line "C", show HGL calculations, profile, and cross -sections of channel to final discharge point. • For line "A", how were the 100 year flows derived? Show how 100-year flows were derived for all systems. • For line "A", for the 36', 42' and 48' RCP pipes, the calculations show the 100-year flow exceeds the capacity of the pipes. From the calculations it shows an excess flow of 21.6 cfs. How is this excess flow dealt with? Plate No. 11 • The hydraulic grade line does not account for or show the curb inlet losses for laterals "A I", AY„ or "AS" Plate No. 12 • All tables show calculations for 25-year design storm frequencies, and do not show calculations for 100-year frequencies.
