Re: Zoning Change at 130 Southside Dr.
Attached is the information regarding this request. Basically, Trinity Chapel, is looking to possibly
purchase 130 Southside Drive. The back of this lot is contiguous to the back of the church property.
If the zoning request is approved, they would like to Replat the property to create one large lot for
the church. The church would like to use this initially as additional parking, and possibly for
expansion in the future.
