Re: Item #2 -Plat of603 Walnut
This property had never been platted. It is basically turning one tract into a lot. There is no additional
engineering design or study required. There was an existing house on the lot, which will be tom
down and a new home will be built. This is a fonnality to get the lot platted.
This lot is for one of the new grant homes that have already been approved by the City Council.

As requested, we have reviewed the Final Plat dated August 17, 2005 prepared by
Alliance Area Surveying. All comments are based upon requirements outlined in
Chapter 10 -Subdivision Ordinance. Our comments are as follows:
1. The information required for a Final Plat has been provided in accordance
with Sanger's Subdivision Ordinance.
2. It is our understanding that the waterline to be extended along Church Street
will be done by City forces as part of another project. Therefore, there are no
improvements to be done on this development that would require submission
of construction plans and specifications.
