Chairperson Jenkins called Meeting to Order. 2. Consider and Possible Action on a Final Plat for Lot 1, Block A, Smith Addition. Property is located at 603 Walnut St. Expressed concern that home might not meet requirements of form board. Staff indicated that lot was more than big enough. Thomas Muir motion to accept the Final Plat for Lot 1, Block A, Smith Addition contingent upon meeting proper setbacks. Seconded by Ken Wilson. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Consider and Possible Action on a Final Plat for Elk River Addition, Lots 1, 2, & 3, Block 1. Property is located on the Southwest Corner of Church and 10th Streets. Ken Wilson made motion to approve Final Plat for Elk River Addition, Lots 1, 2, & 3, Block 1. Seconded by Paul Edelman. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Adjourn.
